KHANYI MBAU AND PRIMROSE CROUS FACE-OFF ON TWITTER

A third World War nearly broke out on the Twitter space earlier today when two of the country’s best- known socialites traded scratches. Khanyi Mbau and Primrose Crous went at it on the social network soon after Mbau allegedly received an unwelcome phone call from Theunis Crous, Primose’s controversial husband.

According to Mbau, she has asked her former lover to stop all communications but to no avail. This afternoon at about 15:20 he allegedly gave her a cell phone call, of which she was kind enough to take a screen shot and post on the interweb. We were generous enough to repost it as well as you can see. We did rub off the numbers though, in case some of you want to call Crous themselves.

Mbau’s first salvo was “@theuniscrous DO NOT PHONE ME AGAIN!!! #QOB”, followed up by “@theuniscrous again do not call me, I was young and foolish! Make ur marriage work leave me. A picture of the phone call was then shown for all to see.

Young Mrs Crous wasted no time in protecting her territory, retorting “U all should stop tagging Me now, she should be matured enough to let you all know what that call was all about and stop being so CHILDISH!” to which the Mbau said “@primrosecrous as for you teach your man what past and present is! I respect u and ur family but yall need to grow up!”

Things looked like they were headed for a truce when the Mbau added “@primrosecrous look I did u wrong n twaz not cool, but girl u need to find ur own cause along with ur hubby... N forget me”

But then she quickly topped it off by saying: “@primrosecrous look I gave u ur fame ur 8000+ followers, b4 my mistake u were just a sotho girl from Welkom lucky 2 be married! Forgive#QOB”

Later the man Crous also entered the fray by firing his own missive: “will you get over urself! call yourself to order and leave me and my FAMILY ALONE DAMNIT Witch”. His wife had already said a mouthful herself. Eventually the dust settled and seemingly everyone went about their usual daily business. Serious quick fires on a day when Jozi dropped below 0 degrees Celcius.
